Note:

 

  1. Has supervision over all inspection activities related to the group; administrative, tactical, technical, also investigative;
  2. The communications section is designed to operate 1 point-to-point set (also in air echelon) and 1 message center, including teletype equipment. This headquarters is dependent upon the installation and operation of a telephone switchboard by another unit;
  3. 10 percent of the enlisted men, expect medical but including drivers of 0,25-ton and 0,75-ton trucks, will be armed with gun, submachine gun, cal. .45. The remainder of the enlisted men, except medical, will be armed with carbine, cal. .30 or a suitable substitute therefor;
  4. 1 group special service officer will possess physical educational qualifications and be assigned to physical fitness and recreation duties. The other officer will be assigned to orientation, information and educational duties.
  5. Medical Corps, Dental Corps, and Chaplain shown will be furnished as required and available when the unit is within the continental United States. They will be furnished prior to the departure of the unit for oversea duty.
  6. 27 Officers = 1 Colonel + 3 Lieutenant Colonels + 6 Majors + 11 Captains 6 1st Lieutenants;
  7. 70 Enlisted = 4 Master Sergeants + 9 Technical Sergeants + 9 Staff Sergeants + 12 Sergeants + 16 Corporals + 10 Privates First Class + 10 Privates;
  8. 3 Truck 0,75-ton 4x4 = 2 Weapon Carrier + 1 Ambulance;
  9. 2 Truck 2,5-ton 6x6 cargo = 1 with winch + 1 without winch;
  10. 3 Trailers 1-ton 2-wheel = 2 Cargo + 1 Water tank.
