1. The combat crew for each airplane will consist of 1 officer, pilot;

3. 25 Officers (with Medical) = 1 Colonel + 1 Lieutenant Colonel + 4 Majors + 7 Captains 9 1^st Lieutenants + 3 2^nd Lieutenants;
