Note:

1. Provision is made for a mobile echelon and a rear echelon. The rear echelon is provided for the administration of fixed installations within the air force area when base command headquarters and headquarters squadron is absent during maneuvers or moved to the theater of operations. Balance of personnel required in the rear echelon of each section will be civilian employees.
2. All enlisted personnel furnished by the Air Corps.
3. Enlisted personnel in the air section furnished by the Air Corps. Other administrative section personnel furnished from respective arms and services.
4. 44 Officers = 1 Brigadier General + 10 Colonels + 2 Lieutenant Colonels + 8 Majors + 14 Captains + 6 1^st Lieutenants + 3 2^nd Lieutenants;
