Total: 5 Officers, 24 Enlisted, 1 Motorcycle with sidecar, 1 Light car sedan, 1 Truck 1,5-ton cargo

Note:

1. This unit provides the overhead for the administration in the theater of operations of medical and veterinary units held during concentration, after withdrawal from the line for the purpose of overhauling and rehabilitation, or as GHQ Reserve;
2. Normally the following Medical Department units are assembled at this center as GHQ Reserve: a) 1 surgical hospital. These units are taken from the allowance of the Army from which withdrawn. b) 3 evacuation hospitals. These units are taken from the allowance of the Army from which withdrawn. c) 1 auxiliary surgical group;
3. The operation and maintenance of this center requires additional service from other arms and services for the following activities: Supply, utilities laundry, postal service, finance, and military police; 
4. 5 Officers = 1 Colonel + 1 Lieutenant Colonel + 1 Major + 1 Captain + 1 1^st Lieutenant;
5. 24 Enlisted = 1 Master Sergeant + 1 Staff Sergeant + 2 Sergeants + 2 Corporals + 6 Privates First Class + 12 Privates;
