Total Company: 5 Officers, 127 Enlisted, 132 Pistols, 4 Trucks 0,5-ton, 2 Trucks 1,5-ton cargo, 1 Trailer 1-ton cargo

Note:

1. The entire company is designed to establish and operate an Army signal depot or a similar size signal depot in the communications zone, together with repair and salvage facilities. If it is desired to provide a depot for a force which warrants only a small depot, 1 or more storage and issue sections, plus 1 mobile radio section and 1 mobile wire repair section from signal company, repair, can be used.
2. The repair section in this table should not be split, because the tool and testing equipment provided for it is not susceptible of subdivision. Smaller, mobile, complete repair sections are provided in the signal company, repair, when only limited shop facilities are required.
3. 7 PFC or PVT = 1 PFC + 6 PVT;
4. 5 Officers = 1 Major + 1 Captain +  3 1^st Lieutenants;
5. 127 Enlisted = 2 Master Sergeants + 6 Technical Sergeants + 1 First Sergeant + 10 Staff Sergeants + 17 Sergeants + 14 Corporals + 25 Privates First Class + 52 Privates:
6. 4 Trucks 0,5-ton = 1 command + 3  pick-up
